Luxe Package: Event design concept, planning and execution of the entire event

  • Four in-person consultations
  • Budget preparation and management
  • Create general to-do list and checklists
  • Vendor referrals that fit within your budget
  • Negotiate terms and rates of final agreements with vendors
  • Venue search
  • Assistance with vendor and site selections
  • Attend up to four meetings total with the following vendors: florist, ceremony musicians, band/DJ, photographer, videographer, baker, rentals, etc
  • Assist with floor plan and seating arrangements (if necessary)
  • Includes all services of Contemporary and Chic Packages

Contemporary Package: This is a great option for those who have already booked most of their vendors, but still need some assistance with designing the overall concept of the event including the specific details

  • Three in-person consultations
  • Event Design Concept: Develop up to 3 different inspiration boards
  • Scout and attend appointments with stationer, rentals, florist, baker, and lighting designer
  • Assist with the selection of invitation, stationary, and favors
  • Attend food tasting and assist with selection of menu
  • Attend mock-up of centerpieces with florist
  • Attend follow-up appointments with secured vendors
  • Includes all of Chic Package

Chic Package: Event day execution services for this package start 3 months prior to your event date to ensure all the day of details and logistics are on track

  • Initial Complimentary consultation
  • Two in-person meetings
  • Unlimited consultations via email
  • Discuss what has been planned so far and the remaining details that still need to be addressed
  • Review all your vendor contracts, seating charts and floor plan (if necessary)
  • Walk through of event site(s) and discuss the overall event plan
  • Develop event timeline
  • Discuss any outstanding event details
  • Deposit reminders
  • Vendor follow up calls and confirmations
  • Full event day coordination services included

A La Carte Services

Each service is available at an hourly rate for those who need more assistance or advice during the planning process. You can add any of these services to your package or you can select the services that best suit your needs. Services are not inclusive of paper, printing, and any miscellaneous supplies.  

  • Delivery of welcome baskets for out-of-town guests
  • Additional consultation hours
  • Venue search
  • Creating & assembling favors
  • Itinerary/timeline development for the event day
  • RSVP follow up calls
  • Marketing
  • Stuffing, sealing, and mailing invitations (not inclusive of postage)
  • For Wedding Producing: Bridal Shower, Bachelorette/Bachelor, Engagement, Rehearsal dinner/party design and coordination

Personal Shopping Services

If you are looking for individual attention on updating your entire wardrobe with the latest fashion must have's or even something as simple as picking up a birthday gift/holiday shopping for someone special. This service is available at an hourly rate.
